Each relief valve is meticulously crafted from EN40B material, which is hardened using a Nitride process to enhance durability and resistance to wear. The machining process ensures that each valve is manufactured to exact specifications, guaranteeing optimal performance.
After machining, the relief valves undergo an extensive 14-hour super finish polishing treatment. This process is crucial for achieving an exceptionally smooth surface, which reduces friction and wear during operation. The resultant finishing surface of each relief valve measures 0.03 RA, reflecting a high standard of precision engineering.
Furthermore, each pump is carefully modified at our headquarters, where expert technicians ensure that all components meet stringent quality standards. Just prior to dispatch, the pumps are primed with high-quality oil to facilitate immediate functionality upon installation and use. This thorough preparation ensures that our products perform at their best from the moment they arrive at their destination.

10mm Rotor – Standard Fitment for many Subaru models
11mm Rotor – Suited for 90% of modified applications – increased volume over the 10mm to help with oil pressure in the low down RPM range
12mm Rotor – Only recommended for cars running larger sumps, external oil coolers, shimming of the relief valve may be needed depending on application.
