The Fuji Racing High Capacity Subaru R180 rear diff cover has been built from a blank sheet with over a year of testing, we have seen whats on the market and stepped it up a notch. manufactured using the latest CNC techniques, each cover is micro-polished to give a perfect finish for the fuji racing gold anodising. all leading edges are also bevelled to provide a premium machined finish too.
The high capacity cover gains an additional 25% more oil, these are a must when you are tracking your Subaru as the standard diffs can overheat very quickly on track when pushing for lap times. This extra 25% higher volume of oil increases the time it takes for the oil to start overheating. Not only does the volume of oil help, but also the additional cooling fins that are machined into the rear of the cover. In addition, we have also added 2 extra ports which allow additional fittings for an external oil cooler as well as 1/8npt port to allow for a stand-alone temp sensor to be fitted.
Each kit comes with 2x stainless M18x1.5 plugs & washers, 2x Magnetic M20x1.5 Plugs & washers & 1x stainless 1/8NPT plug, along with the factory breather cap, OEM subaru gasket, bolts, studs & nuts
